REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Last updated: 19 September 2026
At Wright Print, most products are printed or personalised specifically for each customer. If there is a problem with something we have produced, please contact us so we can investigate it.
MADE-TO-ORDER AND PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
Most products supplied by Wright Print are manufactured to order using artwork, specifications or personalisation supplied or approved by the customer.
Once production has started, an order cannot normally be cancelled or changed. This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
CANCELLING OR CHANGING AN ORDER
If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If production has not started, we will normally be able to cancel the order or make the requested change. If design, artwork preparation or other chargeable work has already been completed, we may deduct the reasonable cost of that work from any refund.
Once an order has entered production, cancellation or changes may no longer be possible because the goods are being manufactured specifically for you.
ARTWORK AND PROOF APPROVAL
Customers are responsible for checking the content of artwork they supply, including spelling, telephone numbers, addresses, dates, prices, QR codes and other information.
Our free artwork check is primarily a technical check for print suitability and is not a proofreading service.
Where we provide a proof for approval, it is the customer's responsibility to check the proof carefully before approving it. Production will proceed based on the approved proof.
We cannot normally provide a free reprint or refund for an error contained in customer-supplied artwork or an error that was visible on a proof subsequently approved by the customer, unless the error was introduced by Wright Print.
PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES
Our standard production lead time is approximately 5–7 working days from artwork/proof approval.
The production period begins only once we have everything required to proceed, including print-ready artwork, requested information or amendments and approval of a proof where approval or confirmation is required.
Time spent waiting for artwork, information, corrections, confirmation or proof approval from the customer is not included within the production lead time.
If we contact you because something needs clarification or approval, the order may be placed on hold until we receive your response.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing fault or is materially different from what you ordered or approved, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at sales@wrightprint.co.uk.
Please provide your order number, a description of the problem and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue and packaging.
We may ask you to retain the affected goods and packaging while we investigate.
Where Wright Print is responsible for the problem, we will provide an appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, this may include a reprint, replacement, repair, price reduction or refund.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
COLOUR AND PRINT VARIATION
Printing involves manufacturing processes and materials that can produce reasonable variations between what is displayed on a screen, a supplied proof and the finished printed product.
Colours displayed on monitors and mobile devices are not an exact representation of printed CMYK colours. Reasonable colour variation is therefore not normally considered a manufacturing fault.
Reorders may also show reasonable variations compared with previous print runs because of differences in materials, printing conditions and production processes.
TRIMMING, FOLDING AND FINISHING
Commercial printing and finishing processes are subject to normal manufacturing tolerances. Small variations in trimming, folding, positioning, finishing and finished dimensions may occur.
Customers should follow the artwork specifications provided on our website, including bleed and safe-area requirements.
A variation within normal commercial printing tolerances will not normally be considered a manufacturing fault.
DELIVERY DAMAGE AND COURIER PROBLEMS
Please report visibly damaged parcels or missing items as soon as reasonably possible.
Where a delivery problem occurs, Wright Print will deal with the carrier as necessary. Customers who purchased from Wright Print will not be expected to pursue our courier themselves in place of contacting us.
Production lead times and courier transit times are separate. A dispatch or estimated delivery date is not a guaranteed delivery date unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
RETURNS
Because most of our printed products are made to the customer's specifications or personalised, they generally cannot be returned simply because the customer has changed their mind once production has begun.
For products that are not personalised or made to specification, any applicable cancellation and return rights continue to apply.
REFUNDS
Where a refund is agreed, it will normally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times after we issue the refund may depend on the customer's bank or payment provider.
