SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Wright Print provides UK-wide delivery and free collection from our print site in Rochdale. Please allow for both production time and delivery time when placing your order.

PRODUCTION LEAD TIME

Our standard production lead time is approximately 5–7 working days from artwork/proof approval.

Production begins only once we have everything required to proceed with your order. This may include:

• Print-ready artwork
• Any information or specifications we have requested
• Required artwork amendments or corrections
• Confirmation of order details
• Approval of a proof where a proof or sign-off is required

Time spent waiting for information, artwork, corrections, confirmation or proof approval from the customer does not count towards the production lead time.

If we contact you because something needs clarification or approval, your order may be placed on hold until we receive your response. The applicable production lead time will then run from the point at which your order is confirmed as ready for production.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

PRODUCTION TIME VS DELIVERY TIME

Production lead time and courier transit time are separate.

A 5–7 working-day production time means the order is expected to be produced and prepared for dispatch within that period. It does not mean the order will necessarily be delivered within 5–7 working days.

An estimated dispatch or delivery date shown on our website is an estimate rather than a guaranteed date unless we have expressly agreed a specific deadline with you in writing.

UK DELIVERY

We deliver throughout the UK using third-party delivery providers.

Delivery times after dispatch can vary depending on the destination, parcel size and courier service being used.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and other remote or offshore locations may take longer and may be subject to different delivery charges.

FREE UK MAINLAND DELIVERY

Orders qualifying for our current free UK mainland delivery over £75 offer will have the applicable delivery charge removed at checkout.

Exclusions or different charges for remote, offshore or non-mainland destinations will be shown where applicable.

Customers can collect their order free from our Rochdale print site:

Please wait until we have confirmed that your order is ready before travelling to collect it.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Please contact us as quickly as possible if an address needs changing. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer may be chargeable.

MISSED DELIVERIES

Where nobody is available to accept a delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery, leave the parcel in an appropriate location or provide instructions for arranging another delivery or collection.

The action taken will depend on the courier and service being used.

DAMAGED DELIVERIES

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact Wright Print as soon as reasonably possible.

Please retain the goods and packaging and send us photographs of the damage where possible. This will help us investigate the issue with the courier.

Where you purchased the goods from Wright Print, we will deal with the carrier as necessary rather than requiring you to pursue our courier directly.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is carried out by a third-party carrier.

We will assist with delayed or missing deliveries and raise enquiries with the carrier where appropriate.

If tracking indicates a problem or your parcel has not arrived when expected, please contact us at sales@wrightprint.co.uk.

DEADLINES AND EVENTS

If your print is required for a particular event or deadline, please take both production and delivery time into account when ordering.

Unless Wright Print has expressly agreed a specific deadline in writing, estimated production, dispatch and delivery dates should not be treated as guaranteed dates.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Wright Print currently primarily supplies customers within the UK.

Where international delivery is not available through checkout, please contact us before ordering to discuss whether delivery to your destination can be arranged.
