Shipping policy

Deliveries

All Products are shipped on a Next Day Service excluding Inverness, Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Paisley and Aberdeen which will be delivered on a Two Day Service. Our carriers aim to deliver on time, however, we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries or any losses incurred, after goods have left our premises for delivery by a third party. The carriers are fully insured to cover losses but this issue must be addressed with the carrier directly

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

We do not offer international delivery at this time, but we will update our site if we can offer this service in the future.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we ensure all our products are quality checked before shipping. In the unlikely event that any damage should occur during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving any goods. Photographic evidence may be required.

Proof Approval and Returns

Please check your artwork proof carefully before placing your order. Once your order is submitted, changes to your artwork cannot be made. If you need to submit new artwork or request changes after ordering, additional charges may apply. Wright Print reserves the right to correct any defects by reprinting the job. Refunds will not be issued unless deemed appropriate at our sole discretion. If a refund is approved, it will be credited to your account.
