TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last updated: 19 September 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to orders placed with Wright Print through wrightprint.co.uk or otherwise accepted by us.
1. ABOUT WRIGHT PRINT
Wright Print is operated by ATEC Print Ltd, trading as Wright Print.
ATEC Print Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 06875789.
Registered office:
6–8 Buckley Road Industrial Estate

2. PLACING AN ORDER
By placing an order with Wright Print, you confirm that the information and specifications supplied are accurate and that you have authority to place the order.
Orders are subject to acceptance by Wright Print. We may contact you if information, artwork or clarification is required before production can begin.
If a pricing, specification or other obvious error is identified, we may contact you to correct the order before production.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown on our website and may change from time to time.
Any applicable VAT and delivery charges will be displayed during the ordering process.
Payment must normally be received before production begins unless alternative payment terms have been expressly agreed with Wright Print.
4. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ARTWORK
Customers are responsible for the accuracy and content of artwork supplied to Wright Print.
This includes checking names, spelling, telephone numbers, addresses, dates, prices, QR codes, images and all other information contained within the artwork.
Our free artwork check is primarily a technical check for print suitability and is not a proofreading service.
We may contact you where we identify an apparent artwork problem, but this does not transfer responsibility for the content of customer-supplied artwork to Wright Print.
5. ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS
Artwork should comply with the specifications provided for the relevant product.
Where applicable, this may include correct dimensions, bleed, safe areas, image resolution, colour mode and suitable file formats.
Artwork that does not meet the required specifications may delay production.
If substantial artwork amendments or redesign work are required, we will contact you before carrying out chargeable design work.
6. PROOFS AND CUSTOMER APPROVAL
Where Wright Print provides a proof or requests confirmation before production, the customer is responsible for checking it carefully.
Approval confirms that the customer is satisfied with the content, layout and details shown and authorises Wright Print to proceed with production.
Once a proof has been approved and production has started, changes may not be possible.
Wright Print cannot normally provide a free reprint or refund for an error that was present in customer-supplied artwork or clearly visible on a proof approved by the customer, unless the error was introduced by Wright Print.
7. PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES
Our standard production lead time is approximately 5–7 working days from artwork/proof approval.
The production period begins only once Wright Print has received everything necessary to proceed. This may include print-ready artwork, requested information, amendments, order confirmation and proof approval.
Time spent waiting for information, artwork, corrections, confirmation or proof approval from the customer does not count towards the production lead time.
Where an order is placed on hold while we await a customer response, the applicable production lead time begins or resumes once the order is confirmed as ready for production.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
8. DELIVERY
Production time and courier transit time are separate.
Dispatch and delivery dates are estimates unless Wright Print has expressly agreed a particular deadline in writing.
We use third-party carriers for deliveries. If a parcel is delayed, lost or damaged, please contact Wright Print and we will investigate with the carrier where appropriate.
Further information is available in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
9. COLLECTION
Where available, customers may collect completed orders free from our Rochdale print site.
Please wait until Wright Print has confirmed that your order is ready before travelling to collect it.
10. COLOUR REPRODUCTION
Colours displayed on monitors, phones and other electronic displays may differ from printed colours.
Commercial printing processes, substrates and materials can also produce reasonable variations between print runs.
Unless a specific colour-matching service has expressly been agreed, screen colours and previous print runs should not be treated as an exact colour guarantee.
11. PRINT AND FINISHING TOLERANCES
Commercial printing and finishing are manufacturing processes and are subject to reasonable production tolerances.
Small variations may occur in trimming, folding, registration, positioning, finishing and finished dimensions.
Artwork should therefore observe the bleed and safe-area requirements specified for the product.
Normal commercial production tolerances are not normally considered manufacturing faults.
12. QUANTITIES
Commercial print production can occasionally result in minor quantity variations.
Where an exact quantity is essential, customers should tell us before production so that we can confirm whether an exact-count requirement can be accommodated.
13. CUSTOMER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
By supplying artwork, logos, photographs, fonts, trademarks or other material to Wright Print, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission for us to reproduce that material for your order.
You are responsible for claims resulting from material you have supplied without the necessary rights or permissions, to the extent permitted by law.
We reserve the right to refuse to produce material that we reasonably believe is unlawful or infringes another person's rights.
14. DESIGN SERVICES
Where Wright Print provides design or artwork services, the scope of work and any included revisions will be as described in the relevant product, quotation or agreement.
Additional or substantial amendments outside the agreed scope may incur an additional charge. We will tell you before carrying out additional chargeable work.
Production lead time does not begin until the required design or artwork has been approved for production.
15. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
Where production has not started, we will normally try to accommodate the request.
Once a personalised or made-to-order product has entered production, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.
Where design, artwork or other chargeable work has already been completed, reasonable costs already incurred may be deducted from any refund.
Nothing in these terms affects statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
16. FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If we have manufactured your order incorrectly or the goods are faulty, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
We may request photographs and may ask you to retain or return the affected goods so that the issue can be investigated.
Where Wright Print is responsible, an appropriate remedy may include a reprint, replacement, repair, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Further information is available in our Refund & Returns Policy.
17. CUSTOMER ARTWORK ERRORS
Wright Print is not normally responsible for errors originating in artwork supplied or approved by the customer.
This includes spelling mistakes, incorrect contact details, incorrect images, incorrect dimensions or content that the customer has supplied or approved.
This does not apply where Wright Print introduces the error after receiving correct customer material.
18. EVENTS AND DEADLINES
Customers requiring print for an event, exhibition, wedding, promotion or other fixed date should allow sufficient time for production and delivery.
Unless a particular deadline has been expressly accepted by Wright Print in writing, estimated production and delivery dates do not constitute a guaranteed deadline.
19. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL
We will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as significant courier disruption, severe weather, power or network failures, machinery breakdown, supply-chain disruption or other events that could not reasonably have been avoided.
Where such an event materially affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and communicate with the customer where appropriate.
This clause does not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
20. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
For business customers, Wright Print will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity or similar commercial losses except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
For consumers, nothing in these Terms affects the statutory protections available under UK consumer law.
21. PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal information supplied through our website or during an order is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Artwork uploaded for production may itself contain personal information. Customers should ensure they have appropriate authority to provide personal information contained within their artwork.
22. WEBSITE AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our online store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party services for payments, file uploads, analytics, delivery and related functionality.
Use of those services may also be subject to the relevant provider's terms or privacy information where applicable.
23. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under mandatory laws applicable where you live.
24. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices or legal requirements.
The version published on our website at the time an order is placed will normally apply to that order.
